HOW DOES A SWAP WORK?
For every one item you contribute, you will receive a sticky note. If you see something you would like write your name on the sticky note and put it on the item.
If an item has only one sticky note on it, it will go to that person. If an item has multiple sticky notes...the notes will be put in a bag and a name will be drawn.
There is no limit to how many sticky notes you can put on a single item.
You may browse through the swap and tag the items you want during the meeting. Please do this quickly and QUIETLY (especially while today’s speaker is talking). Joelle will announce “Last Chance” and then you will have only 5 more minutes to tag items.
